Mr. Hovdesven is an attorney with Sadler & Hovdesven, P.C., whose practice is devoted to the representation of investors in disputes related to securities and commodities investments.

Mr. Hovdesven is a graduate of The Emory University School of Law. While attending law school, he completed a law internship at the Securities and Exchange Commission in Atlanta.

Before seeking his law degree, Mr. Hovdesven was an enforcement examiner and ultimately a field supervisor for the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) in New York. Mr. Hovdesven was with the NASD for five years. Awards include the NASD's Excellence in Service Award for 1990 and 1991 as well as official recognition from the Manhattan District Attorney's office for work on the Resorts International Insider Trading Investigation.

Mr. Hovdesven has an undergraduate finance degree (B.B.A.) from the Emory Business School. Mr. Hovdesven is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association.

Mr. Hovdesven is active in community activities and is presently serving by appointment of Governor Roy Barnes on the Georgia Regional Transportation Authority (GRTA).
